Flagstone Home Improvement Company, originally founded in 1985 as Collin Creek Roof Service in Plano, Texas, then later that same year successfully partnered with Century 21’s contracting services division as a franchise to become Dial One Collin Creek Roof & Interior Service, specialized in providing roofing and home improvement services.

Over the last 19 years, Flagstone diversified and gained valuable experience by working with thousands of residential and commercial property development and construction services, quality material and craftsmanship, added unique features, additional square footage at lower cost, thus increasing the customer’s property value.

By listening to customer’s needs, being responsive, providing quality materials and skilled craftsmanship to meet the building market demand, Flagstone entered into into a new arena with an additional name of Flagstone Development Company.
